" Signed sterling silver cuff bracelet made by Navajo Arthur J. Williams in the 1970's with 3 small Bisbee turquoise stones. On the hallmark the arrow pointing to the right was his earlier stamp used in the 70s, which broke, and was then replaced by a stamp with the arrow pointing to the left. Very cool heart design on the sides, and the three stones at a slant in the center. Great quality silver used.
