Southwestern silver and turquoise bolo tie made by Navajo silversmiths employed by the Bell Trading Post. Jack Michelson and his wife Mildred founded Bell Trading Post in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1932. The name of the business was chosen in homage to Mildred Michelson’s maiden name, Bell. This bolo tie was made in the 1950s, and is in excellent condition.
